Mr. Higgins’ is a former reporter turned supervisory special agent, who has had one of the most fascinating careers a DEA Agent could have. From earning both the Attorney General’s Award for Exceptional Heroism and the DEA Award of Valor, to being nominated for various awards for his prolific writing, Mr. Higgins has some amazing stories to tell and eloquently at that!
